1.1 Personal data and their sources Personal data processed by the Company:
As well as other data provided when candidate intends to get a job at the Company; data received from job interviews at the time of appointment, and the employer's conclusion on suitability for the position. The sources of data acquisition are candidate’s resume (CV) and/or motivational letter, and other documents submitted during the application process (recommendations, etc.). The Company may also receive candidate’s data from legal entities providing job search, selection, and/or mediation services, e.g. from the Employment Service of the Republic of Lithuania, employment agencies, job search websites, and specialized career social networks, e.g. Linkedin. The Company, having informed candidate in advance, may collect his/her personal data related to qualifications, professional abilities, and professional qualities from former employer. The Company collects the indicated data from the current or former employer only with candidate’s consent which is stored in Company’s internal system.
1.2 Mandatory submission of data and consequences of non-submission The Company requests to provide only information directly related to candidates competence, qualifications, skills, professional and work experience, which can help better evaluate working qualities and career opportunities. It is not required to provide personal information that is not significant for the evaluation (political views, religion, nationality, address, social security code, health status, etc.). The Company does not collect and store such additional data. Data about candidates health during the selection process will be collected and processed only on the basis established by law to assess work capacity and/or ability to work in occupational risk conditions. Health data will only be collected before a specific job offer is made.
1.3 Purposes and legal basis of data processing The legal basis for processing personal data is candidates consent to process personal data, expressed by sending a resume (CV), motivation letter, or other documents to the Company, intending to be employed by the Company. If the Company receives information about candidacy from legal entities providing job search, selection, and/or mediation services, e.g. from the Employment Service of the Republic of Lithuania, employment agencies, job search websites, specialized career social networks, e.g. Linkedin, it is considered that candidate have been provided with all the necessary information about theprocessing of his/her data and that he/she have given the consent to the processing of personal data by the relevant legal entity providing such services, which also includes the right to provide candidate’s data to potential employers (including the Company). The Company processes candidate’s data for the following purposes: • To assess suitability for the position candidate is applying for and for employment; • To offer to participate in other selections conducted by the Company for similar positions in the Company.
1.4 Candidate’s rights Candidate have the right to demand:
Candidate have the right to object to his/her personal data being processed for direct marketing purposes, and have the right not to state the reasons for such objection. Candidate have the right to withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data at any time. In this case, his/hers personal data is destroyed immediately. Without the consent to the processing of personal data, the Company will not be able to present candidate with a job offer in the future.
1.5 Data retention period Personal data processed for employee selection and recruitment, subject to candidates consent, are stored for no longer than 5 (five) years from the end of the selection for a specific position. In the absence of the consent for further processing of personal data, the data is stored no longer than 1 month from the end of the selection for a specific workplace. After these deadlines, data subjects data is destroyed.
1.6 Transfer of data to third parties The Company can transfer candidate’s personal data for processing only to the following third parties:
1.7 Processing of requests and complaints Candidate has the right to submit requests related to his/her rights specified in this policy, as well as demands and complaints regarding illegal processing of personal data or a possible violation of his/her rights, to the Company at Ukmerges st. 322-1, LT-12106, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania, by e-mail compliance@quadigi.com. Candidate also has the right to submit complaints to the State Data Protection Inspectorate, L. Sapiegos str. 17, Vilnius. This privacy notice may be changed, supplemented and updated at the discretion of the Company. The current version of the privacy notice is published publicly on the Company's website at www.quadigi.com.
